I qualified from the University of London with a BSc (Hons) degree in Anthropology and Psychology which has given me a lifelong interest in how we communicate, grow and develop through all the ups and downs of life.
I am a mother of two boys and have done various jobs, supporting vulnerable parents and children, running personal development programmes with a focus on group therapy. I also have experience working in an educational setting with children with special educational needs including autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.
I have always loved the sensation of having my feet touched and for a long time wanted to train as a Reflexologist, but life got in the way.
In recent times this has meant that I have been working in financial services regulation in London with a concern for people being treated fairly by businesses. To de-stress I regularly had reflexology and even practised the little that I knew at that time on myself.
I have now escaped London and moved to Bedford, where I have at last had the opportunity to train as a Reflexologist. Having gained my Level 3 Diploma I am now able to share my passion for the total relaxation that can accompany a reflexology treatment.
